DIY Wellness Roller

My little started sneezing today and this mama doesn't have time for sick kiddos! The second one of use starts showing any signs of sickness I grab my wellness roller, rolling it on the bottom of the feet and down the spine a few times a day. I mix a blend of Thieves, Lemon, Frankincense, Oregano and a carrier oil. You can find the recipe below:

- 15 drops Thieves

- 10 drops Lemon

- 5 drops Frankincense

- 5 drops Oregano

- fill remaining bottle with carrier oil, I use V6 from Young Living
