How to Make Your Own Natural Wellness Roller

My little started sneezing today and this mama doesn't have time for sick kiddos! The second one of us starts showing any signs of sickness I grab my wellness roller, rolling it on the bottom of the feet and down the spine a few times a day and especially at night. You can also use as a preventive during the winter months when sickness is common.


You can find the recipe below: 2-3 drops of each

  • Copaiba

  • Lemon

  • Rosemary

  • Oregano

  • Thieves

  • Clove

  • Tea Tree

  • fill remaining bottle with carrier oil, I use V6 from Young Living

**If you're putting on littles be sure to put socks on so they won't touch their feet.
