DIY Bathroom Cleaner

I get great satisfaction making my own cleaning products. I have been using my all purpose cleaner to clean every surface however I needed something a bit stronger for a deeper clean. I use this on my toilets, showers, bathtubs and sinks. Because it has baking soda in the recipe for extra grit, you will need to make sure the product is rinsed super well.

Ingredients:

- 1/4 cup baking soda

- 1/2 cup Castile liquid soap

- 1/4 cup Thieves Household Cleaner

- 10 drops lemon

- 10 drops purification

- 6 drops spearmint

Mix really well, shake before each use. I added spearmint for a minty fresh smell however you can substitute spearmint with your favorite essential oils for certain smells.

There you have it, super easy to make and without all those nasty chemicals found in cleaners. I have found this recipe has a short shelf life. You can purchase the Young Living products HERE!
